Seller Rating:
Extraordinary is the word that best describes Nicole Nicholson. My listing had expired. The previous realtor hadn't bought in a single offer after 6 months of having my house. Nicole brought an offer, the first of several, within the first month. Thanks to her, there was a closing.
Nicole went far beyond my expectations. Living over 100 miles away and in a different state, I relied on her. Her knowledge of the laws, her understanding of the industry, of the market, and of the timeline for when it was best to do whatever needed to be done, her professionalism, her personal touch, her tireless dedication, her attention to detail, her consistently demonstrated level of caring, and her willingness to go above and beyond to get done what needed to be done, helped me through the difficult position of selling a house long-distance. She was a true advocate for the house, was present at showings, and navigated skillfully through the various home inspections from prospective buyers, from the township, and from mortgage companies. I particularly appreciated her willingness to quickly line up service providers as needed, all of whom proved to be top-notch.
Nicole was always available or promptly responded, kept me informed of developments, was always pleasant, always took time to answer my questions, and was unflappable as unforeseen difficulties and circumstances arose. Nothing seemed to be too great for her to handle.
Nicole was superb in working with a wide variety of personalities, including managing the relationships with the buyer's realtors. She stepped in to get things done when for various reasons the buyer's realtors couldn't.
Nicole kept my spirits up and supported me in my choice to live my dream and move to another state. Working with her was a real pleasure. I have already recommended her to friends. Even though I am singing praises here to the amazing realtor she is, this barely holds a candle to the beauty and depth of her character, her honesty, her integrity, her kindness, and the depth of the caring we all felt from her.
